Attorney Matthew Niegos specializes in the field of criminal defense. In 2018, Matthew obtained his J.D. From SMU’s Dedman School of Law, graduating cum laude. As a student, Matthew was an Associate Editor for SMU’s International Law Review Association and an active member of SMU’s Board of Advocates, receiving the school’s “Top Gun” accolade in 2016. Prior to obtaining his law degree, he earned a B.A. in History from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee.

As an integral member of Scott Palmer’s legal team, Matthew is goal driven and client focused. When he is not advocating for his clients, Matthew can often be found enjoying a movie with his wife, Katie, or reading a novel by one of his favorite authors.
