Attorney Katie Schroeder represents clients in all areas of family law, including divorce, child custody disputes, visitation, spousal support, marital agreements and property division.
Katie is a 2018 graduate of Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law, where she was Chief Attorney in the W.W. Caruth, Jr. Child Advocacy Clinic and active in the Student Bar Association. She was also an Articles Editor for the SMU Law Review and the President of Women in Law. Katie graduated in the top one-third of her class with honors. Prior to law school, Katie attended The University of Texas at Austin where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and a minor in Sociology.
Katie is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, and the Collin County Bar Association. When she is not zealously representing clients, Katie enjoys rooting on the Longhorns with her husband, Matthew, and their rescue dog, Chandler.
