David P. Housel, Jr.
Attorney David P. Housel, Jr. focuses on family law cases, including child custody disputes, divorce, property division, child support, visitation, and modifications. He has also represented third parties, such as grandparents or aunts and uncles, who wish to obtain primary custody of a child. He has extensive experience in working with the Texas Department of Family & Protective Services (CPS) and with families who have been accused of child abuse and with families who wish to have children placed in their homes. Attorney Housel obtained his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center after receiving a B.A. in Political Science from the University of New Mexico. While in college, Attorney Palmer joined the Delta Theta Pi and Phi Delta Theta fraternities. Prior to joining Scott H.
